Faith of the fathers

I saw a picture on Facebook that asked the question, "what is the difference?". It showed a restaurant jammed full on Mother's day on one side and on the other side the same one with a single man sitting alone on Father's day. One person responded that it was because everyone knows who mama is but no one knows who daddy is. That is not just an indictment on our modern culture where a woman has 5 kids by 4 different men. It speaks to our men and what they are putting on display for their children. We have so shortchanged the value of being a dad that their input is more and more unnecessary but that money better be there.
