In The Hands of God

“The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will” – Proverbs 21:1
This amazing verse has been fulfilled through-out the millenniums. God did it in the days of Joseph. A famine was coming to the nations. Lives were at stake. Joseph’s family was a floundering dysfunctional group influenced by their pagan neighbors. Joseph, himself is shackled in prison with no prospects of deliverance, but behind the scenes God is at work. He sovereignly moved the heart of Pharaoh to lift a man from prison. In this single act the course of history was changed.
