Knowledge of God & The World

On the first half of the program today, I will speak with Leigh Jones, editor of World on Campus website. I will discuss various news stories with Leigh but specifically focus on a story entitled “Redefining Practicality in Education”. A story that looks at a conflict at the University of Virginia that puts tension between liberal arts and vocational education back into the spotlight.

On the second half of the program, I will first play a couple of clips; Marco Rubio, and Runaway Slave Trailer, I will discuss the subject of the Knowledge of God from our current study in John 17. In the 3 verse of that chapter we read ““And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent”. What is the knowledge of God that is spoken about in this passage? Discovering what that knowledge consists of is vitally important, as the text likens that knowledge to “life eternal”
