Pt 7: Material Needs and the Home

In session seven of the Marriage Covenant Seminar preached at a multi-church conference for pastors, elders, deacons, and ministry leaders in Kabwe, Zambia, the fourth covenantal needs in the marriage relationship are discussed. The husband covenants to meet his wife’s material needs which means that his care of himself will not exceed his care of her. The wife covenants to make the home a refuge for her husband which means that the home is a welcoming and restful place for him to return to each day.
