The Sinner's Greatest Hope

The words here in Hebrews 8 are a reflection of Jeremiah 31:31-34. The writer here speaks of the first covenant and the second; of the old covenant and of the new, but in reality God has only one true covenant to save sinners; that is the covenant of Christ, the same message believed by Abraham in the book of Genesis. Christ is the Son of God destined to be the Surety and Representative of His chosen covenant people.
