Christ's Church: I Will Build My Church

As recorded in Matthew 16, in direct response to His true identity being divinely revealed in Peter's "Great Confession", Jesus Christ reveals the divine purpose for His coming: He will build His church.

In this turning point of the Gospel of Matthew we will then see what Christ says about His church--a church that Christ promises to present to Himself as a glorious church--in four great truths: the priority, the building, the conflicts, and the prevailing of His church.
