As Chapter 3 continues Paul lays down his final conclusion to the condition of humanity and our universal need for the Gospel, the Power of God to salvation. As he draws his introduction to a close, The Spirit leads us through a number of Scriptures that show that this has always been the condition of fallen humanity and it will continue to be until Jesus returns. We are all in need of His Grace in Jesus Christ our Lord. In this fifth lesson we address the quote that Paul draws upon to really summarize the problem with humanity being under sin, that is, we by nature have no fear of God.
