The Kingly Call

When Christ calls His apostles, they leave all to follow Him. This is not an isolated incident, either. It is both expected by Christ when He calls them, and is the common response among those whom He calls. Answering Christ's call is neither incremental nor half-measured. Only the sovereign power of a King who changes men's hearts can account for the surrender His people make to His call.
