God's Purpose In Judgment

Many of our difficulties in understanding the judgment stem from our failure to grasp God's purpose in it, which is primarily to display the glory of His own mercy and justice. Once we have understood this, we can then appreciate why such judgment is absolutely necessary, and how it can be a blessing to us as well.
