Stand Up Tall!
477
In Isaiah 61:3, God underlines the need for His people to be 'trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.'
- THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE SAINTS TO BE TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
To be 'tree-like' implies:
(a) Stedfastness,
(b) Statelinesss,
(c) Strength,
(d) Supply.
- THE REASON WHY THE SAINTS SHOULD BE TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
They have been planted by Him – and His fulness is always at our disposal.
- THE RESULT FROM THE SAINTS BEING TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
The chief result of our living is ever the glory of the Lord.
