Jesus Came To Save Sinners

Levi, like all the elect of God, counted the cost and left everything to follow Jesus. He then introduced his peers, other sinners, to Jesus. The Pharisees, who trusted in their own righteousness, saw no need for the healing Jesus brought and rejected His call. Jesus came to save those who know they are sinners in need of a righteousness not their own that only He can provide.
