How Christ Died According To The Scriptures

What is the Good News? What is the Gospel? How is the Gospel more than just historical facts? How did Christ die and what did He accomplish with His death? What did it mean for Christ to have died vicariously? Is the sinner required to do ANYTHING to be saved? Why does understanding have to be shaped by the Truth of Scripture? If Christ died as a Substitute for elect sinners can any of those sinners be lost for eternity? Who did Christ lay down His life for? Who is it that opens the eyes of the sinner to believe on Christ? What is the difference in being spiritual brothers and fleshly brothers? Why is it important to understand that Christ laid down His life voluntarily and that He finished the work completely on behalf of chosen sinners?
