The Bad News

The backdrop of the Good News of eternal life through Jesus is the Bad News of life without Christ. In Ephesians 2:1-3 the Apostle Paul reminds everyone that before we were alive in Christ, we were spiritually dead, walked in sin, traitors to God our Creator and deserved God's wrath. We should remember where we were before God saved us, so that we can be amazed at God's grace in saving us from our sins and making us alive with Him forever.
