Commands To A Faithful Servant

Paul's comments to Timothy take on the form of commands as he identifies what is required of those having oversight in the local church. These center around the responsibilities he has to both teach the truth as given by God and to refute the error that others are teaching that contradicts or denies God's Word. The five areas discussed include speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity in both matters of doctrine and life.
