   • To exterminate a human life with evil intent and premeditation.
   • To cause the death of a human because of negligence or carelessness (DUI, OSHA, etc.)
   • To murder a human being for personal vengeance.

a. God is the giver of life. The Prayer of Hannah: The Lord gives life and takes it away.
b. God delegated the administration of the death penalty to the relevant authorities.
c. Implicitly, the 6th Commandment teaches the sanctity of human life and our duty to preserve it, because humans are made in the image of God.

   a. Rest in Jesus and be frred from the condemnation and guilt of sin.
