The Witness of Joel to Pentecost

Joel, Peter, and Paul testify to the meaning of Acts 2. It was predicted by not only Joel but all of the prophets, history, worship of the Old Testament, that the Savior would come and give the gift of the Spirit by faith. This was the blessing promised to Abraham and to all the saints from the beginning of the world. There would be a new people, nation and church, built not upon Abraham's natural seed, but the seed of the Gospel that Abraham believed.
