Hebrews 1:5-6

Jesus is the fulfillment of the Messianic prophecies. Jesus is descended from David, and he was declared to be the Son of God by His resurrection. The point of this line of reasoning from the author of Hebrews will be to show that magnificence of Jesus and the beauty of the salvation that He has provided. His point is to draw their attention to the Christ, and to help his audience realize that There is no revelation, no person, no prophet, or angel higher than Jesus Christ.
