The Prayer of Jonah

The prayer of the recovering backslider is not full of himself, but full of God. Jonah's prayer evidences that fact as he submits to God, vows to God and obeys God. His obedience validates and authenticates his prayer. In our times of spiritual decline, let us turn to the example of Jonah here in this chapter to begin a new chapter of obedience as follows in this book.
