Considering our Lord

"For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in yourselves. You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin."

We are to run the race contemplating Jesus Christ. We look at the majesty of His person and His sufferings and are encouraged to consider Him through our own trials as we become mor like our dear Lord.
