Civil Right Or Civil Wrong

Civic leaders have proclaimed gay marriage to be a civil right, but they do not mention right vs. wrong, or the concept of sin. Who determines what is right or wrong? Our choices are either the state or God. As the pillar and buttress of the truth, the church has a responsibility to support the truth in the midst of constant pressure from error.
