Faith to the Last Drop

Faith produces miracles. The most glorious are the miracles of endurance and sacrifice when all remains unseen and seemingly unfulfilled. What word is there of those who suffered in faith… who suffered from loss to loss and hardship to hardship all the way down to the grave? How can we know that they made a good bet for the future? The evidence seems to indicate the opposite. Why not just eat and drink and be merry for tomorrow we will die?
