Enemies of the Lamb

Is it Jesus Christ that the book of Revelation is about? How does this book enforce that God is sovereign in every thing that happens? How does this book comfort God's children that are being persecuted? What is the difference between the opposition that Christ faced and the opposition of His chosen children? Who are the men who have an ear to hear the Scripture that the Spirit speaks of? If a man listens with ears of flesh will he miss the message entirely and look to future events? Are there preachers in pulpits that look as though they represent the LORD but really represent the enemy of Christ? Does false religion pop up in an instant or rise up as a creature out of the sea? Are there really only 2 religions, one that see Salvation in Christ alone as the Lamb slain as He is revealed in Scripture and all others (false religion) with their emphasis on man?
