Jesus delivers the miserable

As our series on Luke continues, we see the first public actions of Jesus' ministry. Which is to preach from Isaiah 61 - that He has come to deliver the poor, the brokenhearted, the captives, the blind, and the bruised and reminded that we must see ourselves in that light. Christ clearly proclaims the gospel and we hear that He demonstrates the good news of salvation centers on His person.

Jesus is sent…
I. To public worship.
II. To the miserable.
III. To deliver them.
