Ordo Salutis Part 3: The General Call

The General call of God is the common, non-effectual calling of God to all the world as seen in Romans 1. Men understand that there is a God, as made clear in nature, in the Word of God, and in their own Conscience. THere is enough light in the general calling to condemn men, and to show them that there is a God, which should cause them to seek to know Him and His Will. But in the hard heart, and the hatred of man. Natural man seeks not the things of God, neither can he know Him!
