In 2 Peter 2, Peter makes a significant shift in the topics covered so far to begin a long passage warning his readers of the dangers of false prophets and teachers. Even today, there are so many people speaking falsely from popular pulpits to "tickle the ears" of those hearing their teaching. But these teachers are not giving the truth of God's Word. They appear like angels of light to their audience but inwardly are preaching a message that will destroy the audience and themselves. Pastor Rober Rohlin looks at Peter's explanations of the characteristics of false teachers and discusses what we can do to ensure that we are not misled.
