Jesus' Acts Toward Us

A. He moved toward our need when others had walked
by us (John 1:1, 14)
B. He connected to our pain (2 Corinthians 5:21)
C. He got involved with our healing
(Isaiah 53:4-6)
D. He gave out of His own resources (Romans 5:8)

Steps to being a Good Neighbor

1. Embrace Jesus' picture of a neighbor
2. Inventory what we have to give
3. Ask God to give me awareness of others
4. Look for opportunities to touch others
5. Include family in the process
