Jesus Speaks With God's Authority

Who do you think this Jesus is? That was the question everyone in Jerusalem at the time of the Feast of the Tabernacles (Sukkhot) was asking. Some like the Pharisees said He is a deceiver, others thought Him to be mad or demon possessed, others like the Apostles said He is the Son of God, while even more said 'He is a Good Man'.

As C.S. Lewis pointed out though, given what Jesus said and claimed to be, merely a GOOD MAN was the one thing Jesus could not be. Either Jesus is a liar, a lunatic, or He is Lord, there is no other possibility.

The truth that so many denied, then and now, is that JESUS IS LORD, and that He spoke not with the authority of a mere man, but with the Authority of God Himself.
