Living by Faith in a Wicked World

Habakkuk was waiting for Yahweh to answer his complaint about God's perceived injustice and he begins to do that by showing him that in a wicked world the righteous person will live by faith in God. He or she will also seek to fill the earth with the knowledge of the glory of God, and such persons will come before God, silencing their own complaints, to hear his voice through the scriptures and the preached Word of God.
