Setting Prisoners Free

Sin is an ugly bondage and involves filth and abominations. There is no question that God had created man to be free. Adam and Eve were created in maturity, in beauty, with great riches, without diseases, in the image of God in holiness, wisdom, and understanding. The whole earth was under their authority and for their use and pleasure. They were absolutely free and the only bound placed upon their freedom was the restriction concerning the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in the midst of the Garden. But God has promised [Ro 8:21] that the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
