Q6. How many Persons are there in the Godhead?
A6. There are three Persons in the Godhead, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one God, the same in essence, equal in power and glory.

If we look closely at church history, we'll find that for the most part, a tendency to stray from doctrinal truth had its origin in 1 or a combination of 2, or all of these 3 basic errors or misunderstandings: (1) The authority of Scripture; (2) The truth of God's sovereignty; (3) The truth of God's tri-unity (or an aspect of the Trinity or the attributes of God as it relates to the Trinity, e.g., the deity of Christ, or the deity of the Holy Spirit, &etc.

One of the most important doctrines of our Christian faith, is the doctrine of the Trinity, or Tri-unity of God.
