Prayer #1 - The Importance of Prayer

The exhortations to Christians to pray is one of the most frequent exhortations in the scripture. Yet it is a duty that many Christians find great difficulty in doing. In this passage Paul urges 4 kinds of prayers, and urges them to be offered continually. We are to pray with an expectancy of result. But we also recognize God's sovereignty in regards to answers to prayer.
