Common Salvation

45 ( 10 | 35 )

Early Christianity was constantly being bombarded with all forms of attacks and discouraging problems. Paul said, "our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears" (II Corinthians 7:5).

Satanic corruptions of two doctrines have been historic constants throughout the dispensations of God. With the beginning of every new dispensation, God corrected the corruptions of the doctrine of salvation and the doctrine of sanctification with additional Scriptural revelations. Under the Mosaic Covenant, God used various prophets to speak to these corruptions and correct them. At the beginning of the New Covenant and the Church Age, God used the epistles of Paul, Peter, James, John, and Jude to address these corruptions and the many streams of these corruptions entering true Christianity.
