The Club of Rome & The 10 Kingdoms Of The Beast's New World Order

The question for us living in the 21st Century is, are the 10 kings (nations) of Rev. 17 past or future? Have they come into existence yet, sometime between the 1st Century and the 21st, or are they still future? If they are still future, that explains a lot of what is happening in the US and the world right now.
