JOSHUA LEADS THE LORD'S ARMY -Who will lead the army of the Lord today? Mild mannered men fill too many pulpits calling off the Gospel battle, claiming that there are giants in the land, or fortifications of science, philosophy, or religion that must be respected and even submitted unto. It is claimed by many that a head on assault on the lies of the Devil will result only in failure and frustration. The great commission has been reduced to a light hearted admonition to be friendly, as if there aren't friendly Mormons, Muslims, Catholics, Hindu's, Buddhists and pagans. Jesus trained his disciples to go two-by-two, publicly and house to house with a bold message of repentance and faith. Jesus commanded the church to go and make disciples. The early church went out two-by-two, publicly and house to house (Paul & Barnabas, Paul and Silas, Paul and Timothy, Barnabas and John Mark), boldly proclaiming repentance and faith in Christ as necessary for salvation. This is the God ordained method of spiritual combat for turning the world upside down with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. JOSHUA DEALS WITH SIN -Joshua had to deal with sin in the ranks of Israel!
