Grace To You… Grace Be With You

Wow, what a word... and such a vivid commentary of our modern times. Good morning, my friends, I pray this note on Isaiah 3 will find you seeking the King and His gentle light on this beautiful day. I love the fact that His light illuminates our darkness and provides us with answers, hope and comfort for the issues we must face today and tomorrow.

When any society, unwisely and ignorantly, finds life within itself (Isaiah 2:22), and as a whole doesn't seek help and answers from above, but goes rogue in its rebellion, it sees their own growth and modern advancements, as progress. But what God sees is something entirely different. He doesn't see some of it as progress, but quite the contrary. He knows where it's headed, and that's why He warns us and gives us these signs. He, better than anyone, can see what some call progress is just another step toward the threshold of judgment. He is merciful and has given us more than enough and time to room to turn this sinking ship around, before He has to remove the flood gates of His mercy.

I'm not the brightest apple in the basket or the straightest stick in the bunch, but in Isaiah 3 I see something. What do I see? More than I can list here but theses 7 I mention ought to speak loud enough to get our attention. I pray you take a minute or two go read this...

Several things I see:
(1). God takes away key things from a nation (like wise and mature leaders and refers to them as the supply of food and water, things every society needs to survive and thrive) when that nation, one by one, starts dropping the ball, in the middle of a crucial game, because they simply don't want to play for the "coa
