Joel 2:28-32. The prophetic details given here were not fulfilled on the day of Pentecost. There was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on 3,000 Jews in Jerusalem. This was not "all flesh." Josephus estimated that possibly 100,000 people attended Pentecost that year. Correction to message: thousands not "millions."
