Why The Unbeliever is Without Excuse

While the unbeliever is totally depraved and cannot come to God apart from divine grace; this does not mean they have an excuse for their rejection of Him. Total depravity explains, but does not excuse their unbelief. Through God's created order He has made His invisible attributes clearly seen. God has revealed Himself persuasively. Man in his depravity rebels against God and suppresses the truth.
