John 33 - Who is Your Shepherd B

Jesus as the Good Shepherd is central to many gospel teachings. Yet, many people do not understand the simile of the shepherd because they do not understand the customs and practices of ancient shepherds. The teaching is central to Jesus' self-description. Once the modern romanticism of shepherding is removed the truth of Jesus' description of Himself reveals His humility and our depravity. He also reveals how to determine the False shepherds.
