Who Hath Believed

Pastor Simpson carefully and meticulously took us word for word through verse 16 of Romans 10. Answering two very important questions, "who hath believed" and "to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?" we not only considered Romans 10:16, but its parallel passage, Isaiah 53.
