1. Discovering God's Purpose for Us
   a) United, we succeed

   • God's purpose for us as a church is that we glorify Him with one mind (aka "with one passion")
   • God's purpose for us as a church is that we glorify Him with one mouth
     b) Divided, we fail
   • What divided God's people back then?
   • What can divide God's people today?

2. Following God's Plan for Us
   a) Two "Don't"s

   • Don't dispute (14:1)
   • Don't despise (14:3)
     b) Two "Be"s
   • Be fully convinced in his own mind (14:5)
   • Be focused on the main thing (14:8)
     c) Two "Please"s
   • Not to Please yourself (15:1)
   • Please others (15:2)
     d) Two Directions
   • Imitate the example of Christ (15:3)
   • Immerse yourself in the Word of God

3. Enabled by God's Power in Us
   a) The God of patience and comfort
   b) The God of hope
