Who Does God Call to Serve?

In three verses we hear of the call of Elisha to serve Elijah and train for ministry as a prophet. But as we examine these verses we learn that before Elisha received a divine call to ministry, he was already a man faithfully serving the Lord.

Many people feel frustrated that they have no clear direction on what the Lord wants them to do, never realizing that the Lord often calls people to serve by doing what they do for his own glory. This brief sermon gives an overview of the various ways in which God calls and equips his people to serve him.
