Why We Can Trust God - Eschatology 142 - The Transparency of God
Series Trusting God Eschatology
In the new heavens and the new earth there is a huge city called the heavenly Jerusalem which is the dwelling place of the bride of Christ. It is the place our Lord has prepared for His own bride and will reflect His glory. As we look to Him to fulfill His promise we are eagerly awaiting His imminent return. The great beauty of the city itself is nothing in comparison to the fact that God Himself will dwell among His people. From within this huge city reaching way up into space, the Father and the Lamb Himself will light the earth, and there will be no need for the sun or the moon. Here we look at what we know of the angel with the measuring rod and the place of angels in the plan of God, with a special look at the passages in God's Word that reveal how angels are sent by God to continually render service for those who will inherit salvation. Here we look at angelic beings and their worship in the presence of God and there role as His witnesses in all that He does. He will prevail when He is judged!
