Who is as the wise man?

This question: who is as the wise man?, Eccl 8:1, can be applied to three young individuals who became kings of Judah all in their youth: Manasseh, Amon and Josiah.

Which of these three young men were the wisest?

Was it Manasseh who only turned to the Lord late in life and lived wisely?

Or was it Amon who lived and died in his sins?

Or Josiah who sought the Lord in his youth and lived to serve HIm?
