No Pacifism

The Bible does not teach pacifism. The Sixth Commandment does not teach pacifism. It does teach that there is such a thing as an unjust war, and that war always is an effect of someone's sin. It also teaches that there is such a thing as a just war.

Our pastor here shows that the Bible teaches that the civil ruler has an obligation and a responsibility to protect his people with the sword. After all, God gave him neither a diplomat nor a white surrender flag, but a sword!
