Doing Good on the Sabbath

In this sermon, Pastor Liberati reminds us that works of mercy are not just permissible but especially fitting for the Sabbath Day. Despite the hostility of the Pharisees, Jesus heals a man with a withered hand and thereby gives us a beautiful picture of our salvation. We too, must be restored by the power and grace of Christ so that we might serve the Lord, love others, and advance the kingdom of God in the earth. To this end, we ask the Lord to establish the work of our hands (Ps. 90:17).
