Babylon is Fallen

Do you know how Babylon fell to Medo-Persia? More importantly, do you understand why this was significant in light of all that God has revealed regarding the prophetic future? Do you realize that it carries an application to your own life today?
The "head . . . of fine gold" gave way to the "chest and arms of silver" (Dan. 2:32) on that fateful night in October of 539 B.C. And Daniel was there to chronicle these events for us—and to present the Biblical and prophetic perspective on the impact that they would make upon history, until the end of time.
Paul Scharf, church ministries representative for The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, continues his study of "Daniel: Revealer of Secrets" by concluding Daniel 5 in this week's "Sunday Sermon." He also gives a brief synopsis of the prophetic future of the nation of Babylon from both the Hebrew prophets and the book of Revelation.
