Main Point
The most valuable commodity on earth is the wisdom that only comes from a relationship with God. Seek that wisdom by fearing God and shunning evil wherever He leads you.

1. You will go to great lengths to get what you value (v. 1-11)

2. The most valuable commodity of all is true wisdom (v. 15-19)

3. You cannot find true wisdom on your own (v. 12-14 and 20-22)

4. Only God can give you true wisdom (v. 23-27)

5. Seek true wisdom by fearing God and shunning evil (v. 28)

6. Recognize that God may reveal His wisdom to you in some dark and difficult places.
