Your Daily Labour as an Acceptable Offering to God

It is important to speak on your daily labour as an acceptable offering to God. The church has often been very confused about this. Many in the church today see daily work as a necessary evil. In the early church, disdain for everyday work was also very common (1 Tim 4:1-5). In the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century, a biblical view of work was restored. The reformers came to understand that all lawful callings are service to God. This is the proper understanding of the priesthood of the believer—that we are to offer up our daily labour to God as a pleasing offering. Today I want to show you what the Bible says about this.
