God's Covenant II: Abraham's Belief in the Coming Seed

Just as you need to read the Bible looking for the conflict between the woman’s seed and the serpent, and for the fulfillment of God’s promise to bless the nations through Abraham, today we’ll see that we need to read the Bible looking for the fulfillment of God’s promise to give multitudinous descendants to Abraham. More than that, though, we will see that each of us needs to personally trust God to keep His promises. It was that kind of trust which was credited to Abram as righteousness, and this passage was written for the sake of all of us, so that we would know that God will credit us as righteous when we trust Him to keep His promises.
