God has separated us out from the world unto Himself that we might be His holy people. For this reason, in 2 Corinthians six Paul spells out the decisive prohibition of an unholy yoke (v. 14a), the utter incompatibility of unholy entanglements (vv. 14b-16a), and the radical demands of a holy calling (v. 17).
